Terms and Conditions

Any product / service variance will not be considered for adjustment unless reported within five (5) days of the receipt of the material. Shipment must be held intact at the point of delivery for inspection by GLC Millworks. Claims of damage must be noted at time of delivery on the shipping documents and countersigned by a representative of the shipping company. Failure to do so may result in total loss of Buyers ability to collect damages. Any credit is subject to final approval by an authorized representative of GLC Millworks. GLC Millworks reserve the right to replace or fix or issuing a credit. All credits will be subject to prior satisfaction of any and all past due balance. Product returns made without the express written consent of GLC Millworks including refused shipment without the prior consent of GLC Millworks constitute unauthorized returns. Buyer accepts responsiblity for the outbound and return freight charges. Services performed including milling, pulling, sorting, storage, packaging and shipping are non-refundable. All sales of custom items including S4S lumber are final. No returns will be accepted.
