Recycling at GLC Millworks
We are working with the same two trash dumpsters we started with in 1998 even though we have increased our throughput by 25 times and our employees by 5 fold. We recycle most all of our packing that comes in to our yard and all of the lumber byproducts generating. We have partnered with Artesia Wood Products (www.artesiasawdust.com) to bring our sawdust, edgings and cut offs to market. GLC Millworks wood fiber can be found in soil amendments, animal bedding and playground chips.
