6 Moulders

GLC Millworks mills to your specific specifications.  Most all of our production is made to order. Weather you have an architectural package you need milled or are buying for your own catalog. We can handle jobs from 10 feet up to 100,000 feet. No job is too big or small. We do not stock moulding or have a specific catalog we work from.

Gang Ripping and Straight Lining

GLC offer a wide range on ripping solutions. From our state of the art scanning and optimizing gang rip saw with lazars and moving saw blades, to our 60” wide panel rip saw for sheet goods, to a simple straight line rip one edge to get you started. We have you covered.

Surfacing

Our Newman Whitney planer is the benchmark of the industry. Running everyday to keep material moving. From blanking lumber to a quality finish. Minimum thickness we can run is 5/8” and maximum of 3”. The planner’s maximum width of 18” wide. If you need to surface thinner, thicker and or wider stock we can use our three head 42” wide belt planer sander.

Resawing

With our thin kerf Baker resaw we can process boards up to 13” wide.

Gluing and Laminating

With decades of experience GLC Millworks can laminate or glue up most anything you could need.  Some common items we process on a regular basis are stair treads, hand rials, newel posts, panels for CNC work, table and desk tops.  We also can make laminated jambs and frame with LVL cores to make a more stable cost effective product .  GLC Millworks will work at your specific direction but are not engineers and don’t offer any structural rating.
